Custom Design is when we’re creating a special design for you that’s not in our Online Shop

  • It can be a Personalized Design – using your own photos & images
  • OR a Specific Theme Design – using supplied images and/or online images & wallpapers

AUSTRALIA  PRICING

1. EXISTING DESIGN

  • If we have an existing design in our library that may satisfy what you’re looking for, we will always present this first
  • An existing design that requires no work will be charged at $169 (Includes shipping)
  • If the design does require a modification, extra design is charged at $30/hour

2. A BRAND-NEW DESIGN IS USUALLY 260 Aust Dollars

  • Price allows for up to 3 hours design time
  • 50% deposit is required before designing can start
  • It includes Express Australia Post shipping (a soft case in white box packaging)

If order is cancelled after design has commenced, any deposit refunded will be less design time spent or costs incurred

  • Optional – Plain Black Vinyl Hardcase – 39.90
  • Optional – Matching Hardcase Upgrade = 89

If local customers want to pick the cue up rather than having it sent, there are significant discounts offered

SHIPPING

  • Australian Standard Shipping is included in the price

PAYMENTS

  1. PAYPAL – We will supply a payment link for the exact amount. You don’t need a PayPal account & can use your Credit Card like any Payment Gateway.
  2. DIRECT DEPOSIT – Evidence of payment must be supplied
  3. AFTERPAY/WIZPAY – We can create a product link to purchase in Shop ($10 Admin fee) – Please Ask
  4. BITPAY – If you wish to pay in Crypto currency we can create a product link to purchase in Shop ($10 Admin fee) – Please Ask

1. EXISTING DESIGN

  • If we have an existing design in our library that may satisfy what you’re looking for, we will always present this first
  • An existing design that requires no work will be charged at $190USD (Includes DHL shipping to US)
  • If the design does require a modification, extra design is charged at 25USD/hour

2. A BRAND-NEW DESIGN IS USUALLY USD260

  • Price allows for up to 3 hours design time
  • It includes DHL shipping to US, white box packaging, soft case and standard tip options
  • 50% deposit is required before designing can start.

If order is cancelled after design has commenced, any deposit refunded will be less design time spent or costs incurred

  • Optional – Plain Black Vinyl Hardcase – USD35
  • Optional – Matching Hardcase Upgrade = USD65

NOTE: It is important for UK & Europe customers to understand their own countries import taxes. I believe Canadian customers are charged 5% GST by their customs

ORDERING PROCEDURE

  1. The easiest way is to contact us using our Custom Order Form. On the form, you can upload images and explain your concept. (You may also order by phone or email)
  2. We will contact you via email within 48 hours of receiving your form. Please check your spam folder first then let us know if for some reason you haven’t received an email within 48 hours
  3. We will either supply options that we can offer you, with approximate pricing or we may ask for specific information if needed. The email conversation procedure is friendly & efficient.
  4. Before we undertake a design, 50% deposit is required to be paid up front
  5. After 1st draft design has been presented, it may require multiple emails & visuals until we arrive at an agreed design that you are happy with.
  6. Finally, a full proof is emailed with all details to do with your order plus timing, 3D visual(s) and payment options. By making the final payment you will be approving your order.
  7. Your order will then be placed in the current week’s order timing to be made. Generally, cues are completed and ready to send in 8 – 15 days
  8. We will supply you with a tracking number via email when the order is completed & has been dispatched.
